Not sure what you need from a technology perspective?

Requirements Evaluation/RFP Requirement Development

  • If you’ve never used SharePoint, and don’t know whether it will meet your needs, I will help review what your vision is, how SharePoint would meet your requirements and what potential challenges may be.
  • If you know you are going to use SharePoint and would like vendors to bid on a full implementation, I will create specific requirements for you to include with the RFP. Sending out a clear, concise RFP is fundamental to receiving meaningful, accurate estimates.

Getting Ready to Implement SharePoint?

One of the critical steps of implementing SharePoint is to begin with a great blueprint of the features you will use, and how your users access those features. Once you launch SharePoint, you need a plan to help your users continue to learn to use it in new and better ways.

Site Requirements and Information Architecture

  • I meet with your key departments and talk to them about their biggest challenges and needs.
  • I show features and templates in SharePoint that will help support their needs, so they have an idea of what is possible.
  • From these meetings I will design and document your site architecture, requirements and wireframes so you have a plan going forward. These documents can be used by your tech team to set up the SharePoint site, or I can help you with configuration as well.

Need just a little SharePoint help? (Or a lot!)

Configuration and Training – Whether you have an on premise version of SharePoint or Office365 SharePoint Online, you will need to configure your site collection, department pages and lists. I am available to configure all or part of your sites as needed. I set up out of box features and functionality and set up SharePoint Designer Workflows to help with your business needs.
Usage Workshops – Many times, standard templates are rolled out to an entire organization, and individual departments still are left scratching their heads on how they can tailor their SharePoint site for their specific needs. Usage Workshops are hands on sessions where I sit with power users for 4-16 hours and help them set up new ways to use SharePoint, including custom lists, approval workflows and more. I will document changes and new elements, and if something requires a third party product or custom code, I will document those recommendations for your technology team.

All pricing for services is tailored to your specific scope. I will work with you to understand your issues, determine the best way to help you, and plan an approach your specific project.
